The German milk industry guarantees their customers that they will find only the best of the best in the shelves. Quality and hygiene are of utmost importance for milk as basic food and further processing as well as storage.
Our tanks are manufactured with utmost quality and monitored and documented by our internal quality inspections.
Our manufacturing possibilities in the surface treatment will guarantee a polished surface of 0.8 µm. A thorough cleaning of the tanks will be guaranteed by the surface, combined to the design.
Project and product examples
- Insulated or uninsulated storage tank with or without propeller mixer for homogenization of the product.
- Cream storage tanks with temperature control system in the jacket and lower bottom area. Geared stirring systems from above with zeta elements or anchor stirring element close to the wall.
- Sterile tank designed for overpressure and vacuum with drip jacket for quick cooling down of the tank after sterilization with or without magnetic or geared stirring systems from top, with swiveling device for simple maintenance work on the mechanical seal.
- Several process tanks with various temperature control systems and stirring system designs.
