Fruit juice industry
The fruit juice industry in Germany has progressed in the last years at a terrific pace. The total industry turnover increased since 1950 from 0.026 billion of Euros to 3.6 billion of Euros in the year 2014. The approximately 375 German fruit juice producers processed in 2014 about 900,000 t of fruit and produced by this quantity 3.7 billion liters of fruit juice, nectar and fruit juice beverages.
As special steel tanks are tasteless, acid resistant and easy to clean, the have given excellent proof for fruit juice production. Our tanks can be equipped with different stirring systems or cooling/heating systems and therefore are optimally suitable for storage and fermentation tanks.
